Work Order Workflow

Replaced the legacy 3-status workflow (New, In Progress, Complete) with a structured 5-stage lifecycle designed for mid-to-large school districts.
Work orders will now move through five meaningful stages: New → Assigned → In Progress → Complete → Closed — each with a clear purpose and workflow.
Admins can toggle whether completed work needs review before closing or skip review entirely for schools with trusted single-technician setups.
Added color-coded overdue indicators across Kanban and list views to improve visibility of overdue work:
- Red: Critical overdue status
- Yellow: 2–3 days overdue
- Orange: 3+ days overdue

Regions and Sites will now appear as Campuses and locations will display in a structured hierarchy rather than a flat list. All relationships remain unchanged.
Extended the redesigned location selection experience across all modules in the application.
Standardized location management with a consistent, hierarchy-based picker across key workflows for:
- Work order creation
- Asset assignment
- Filtering and search
Removed the legacy flat, scrollable location dropdown and added real-time search with exact match counts to help users quickly find locations within large district hierarchies.
